Bondi Burn

Bondi Burn is an open-level dynamic flow class that gets all the good vibes flowing for all abilities.
It is our signature flow which is updated regularly to ensure your body is always challenged, and you leave us feeling better than ever before. The class focuses on technique enhancement, lengthening and strengthening by building resistance and adding in progressions and more challenging movements. A perfect blend of flow, sweat and the signature Bondi Burn. With regressions and progressions, Bondi Burn caters for all levels.
Bondi Balance

Bondi Balance is a mindful workout which allows you time to find your flow and drop deeper into each move mentally and physically, leaving you feeling balanced, inside and out.
Perfect for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or those looking to calm their energy.
Bondi Boost
70 min
Reformer
Advanced Class – not recommended for first timers!
Boost your week with this extra long 70 minute session. Available to be booked with memberships, or directly with a Bondi Boost single ticket. The block cards for our 55min classes cannot be used for this flow.
Bondi Bumps & Babies

Bondi Bumps and Babies is our pre- and postnatal reformer workout.
Support your change in body whilst feeling safe and strong throughout your baby journey with our specialized flows. Please make sure you have the all clear from your doctor before booking in. If you are unsure please contact us to book an initial consultation or for advice. Babies up to 4 months are allowed to join you for the Bumps & Babies flow, as long as they are not mobile yet. Please bring a little blanket and some toys for your little ones. Please note that for your own safety and due to the intensity of our regular group classes, they can’t be joined when pregnant.
Bondi Boys

Bondi Boys is a specialised reformer flow designed exclusively for men, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility and increasing endurance. This high-energy, intensity-driven class combines the fundamentals of reformer Pilates with advanced techniques to target core stability, muscular strength and overall body conditioning. Tailored specifically for male participants, Bondi Boys provides a challenging yet balanced workout designed to improve physical resilience, support athletic performance and promote functional fitness.
Bondi Bounce

Our Bondi Bounce classes bring an exciting twist to traditional reformer Pilates by incorporating the jump board, adding an extra layer of dynamism and cardio intensity. With each class, you’ll experience a fast-paced, high-energy workout that combines the core-stabilizing benefits of Pilates with the exhilarating feel of cardio. Bondi Bounce is designed to make your workout feel fun and refreshing while still providing a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and ready for more.
Bondi Base

Learn the Base of Mat by building a strong foundation in your practice: from the ground up, develop strength and refine form and execution. Ideal for all levels, Bondi Base ensures you master the fundamentals while pushing your limits. Perfect as an addition to your Reformer flows. As this can be a higher intensity class, we ask that you please bring a towel.
Bondi Bend

Mat
Get out of your head and onto the mat. Release built-up tension through conscious breathing, deep stretches and the integration of the foam roller. Experience a deep fascial release to restore and speed up recovery. Walk away feeling calm in mind, open and grounded.
Hot Mat

Infrared heating panels on the ceiling add an additional benefit in our HOT Base & Bend classes by enhancing flexibility, promoting blood circulation and boosting your metabolism.
Private Classes
Find your own flow with a private session tailored to your needs. One to one, with a friend or in your own small group, we meet you where you are, in mind and body, giving you dedicated time and expertise.
