Lisa
DE / ENLisa found her passion for Pilates more than 10 years ago and has continually strengthened her knowledge and understanding of the body - by becoming a certified BASI Pilates instructor. Having lived in London, Dubai, Johannesburg and Sydney over the last 20 years and experiencing the power of Pilates in all these big cities, she fell in love with the dynamic and energizing movement of Reformer pilates many years ago - and is hoping you will too! For Lisa, Pilates has become a way to connect with people wherever she is based in the world, finding inspiring communities and feeling a sense of home. She instructs her classes in both English and German and loves combining dynamic movements and inspirational words with her favorite music.

Nina
DE / ENNina wants you to feel proud of what your body can achieve and how powerful and strong you can be. Get ready to move your body to the beat of the music and feel muscles you didn’t even know existed. She can’t wait to move with you. Pilates has been part of Nina's life for the past decade, but it was through pregnancy that she truly fell in love with it. Nina teaches in German and English and in her class you’ll feel a flow of energy and lots of good vibes!

Giulia
ENA powerhouse of energy and precision, who seamlessly fuses her career as professional dancer with the transformative power of Pilates. As a certified BASI Pilates instructor, she brings her expertise and unwavering dedication to help her students sculpt their bodies, enhance core strength, and improve their overall physical alignment. Giulia teaches predominantly in English, however irrespective of their background, clients will benefit from her deep understanding of the human body. With a contagious enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail, she inspires individuals to embrace the Pilates method and discover new found strength and grace.

Jadwiga
ENOriginally coming from the world of professional dance, Jadwiga organically blends her movement knowledge to the Pilates practice. With a gentle approach and instinctive passion for precision and quality in her work, she aims to inspire people to get more connected and aware about themselves. Having deepened her knowledge as a BASI Pilates instructor, she will respectfully guide you to push your own limits while improving your alignment, strength and connection to your breath. You will be given the chance to get to know your body in a precise way and grow towards a healthier you, supported by her human touch. Jadwiga is leading her classes in English, but regardless of the language she will always give clear corrections to make sure all clients will benefit from her practice and improve the understanding of their bodies.

Marcello
ENWhat makes a class a good class? When it comes to Marcello, he believes in a kind and respectful yet firm approach aimed to challenge individuals to work to the full extent of their capacities. As a professional dancer and certified BASI Pilates Instructor, Marcello is combining his movement practices to his understanding of the human body, of which he is very fond, seeing it as a gift to take care of: through precision, hard work and perhaps a bit of humor he’ll guide you through a full body workout, leaving no area of the body untouched. Genuinely devoted to high quality and humanity in his work, he’ll be there to motivate you when it’s hard, help you learn from your mistakes with a knowledgeable eye, bring awareness to your needs and escort you towards a stronger version of yourself. Marcello’s classes will be in English.

Julia
DE / EN"Flow with your body's rhythm and embrace what you are capable of." Julia is an enthusiastic advocate for mindful movement and its profound benefit for both body and mind. Drawing from her expertise as a certified dance teacher, she creates Reformer routines that center around aligning the body as a whole, articulating all muscle groups. Her classes will enable you to find a balance between building strength and releasing inner tension. Instructing in German and English, Julia's goal is to make you feel uplifted and powerful!

Lisi
DELisi is a passionate Reformer Pilates Trainer with a deep love for movement and a motivating spirit. She creates energizing flows that make you feel strong and alive. Lisi's enthusiasm makes every session both challenging and enjoyable, helping you discover your inner strength and potential. Join Lisi for a transformative Pilates experience that will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated.

Karin
DESince her childhood Karin has been a passionate gymnast, the foundation for her love of movement in any form. She is a certified Pilates trainer from KANE School as well as a dance educator and certified yoga teacher. After her pregnancy, she discovered Pilates to reconnect with her body and since hasn't stopped deepening her knowledge of the practice. Her classes are open to everyone - expect gentle guidance with warmth and expertise, on a path to a strong and balanced body and mind.

Zita
DEFor Zita, sports have always been an essential part of her life. She always loved to move, finding joy in every new activity she tried. Ultimately, this path led her to the discovery of her true passion: Pilates. To Zita, Pilates is more than just an exercise; it's a way to truly feel her body and experience the profound connection between muscles and mind. Her goal is to show you an enjoyable and challenging way to move your body, push you towards your individual limits and for everyone to leave her flows with the same sense of joy and fulfillment that Pilates brings to her.

Oscar
DEWith his love of movement and experience from surfing, running, yoga and many other sports, he brings a particularly calming energy to his flows. Oscar is not only a passionate Reformer Pilates instructor but also a talented photographer & videographer.

Anna
DEAnna has always had a passion for movement, starting with dance and evolving into a deep interest in fitness, health, and well-being. She holds multiple qualifications, including fitness trainer, sports and rehabilitation coach, and post- and prenatal trainer. Her fascination with physiology and love for Pilates provide a strong foundation for her instruction. Anna’s goal is to teach Pilates in a fun, effective and safe way, helping clients build strength, challenge their limits, and achieve balance. Her classes are taught in German.

Alex
ENLiving in Los Angeles, while working in the athletic apparel industry, exposed Alex to some of the most influential and inspired minds in Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the dynamic movement and connectedness Pilates brought to her life. Inspired to deepen her own knowledge and practice, and share her passion with others, Alex continues to advance her reformer Pilates certifications with Balanced Body and MyPilates London.

Melanie
DEMelanie embodies sport as an expression of vitality and life energy. As a versatile athlete, her journey began with bodyweight fitness and running, but during her fourth pregnancy, she discovered her passion for Pilates, particularly Modern Pilates. As a certified yoga instructor, she understands the deep connection between movement and breathing and she brings this knowledge into her Pilates classes. Her focus lies on the targeted development of the deep, stabilizing muscles to bring the body into balance, as well as calming the 'monkey mind' (a Buddhist concept that describes a state of restlessness and lack of control in one's thoughts) through mindful movement and inspiring music. Expect intense yet harmonizing flows that guide you back to your center.

Sarah
ENFrom sunny South Africa, Sarah fosters a warm, encouraging space to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness. As a Physiotherapist, she discovered her passion for Pilates, seeing its transformative effects on posture, injury prevention and overall well-being in rehabilitation programs. This inspired her to become a BASI Pilates instructor. Combining her deep knowledge of the human body with her love of Pilates, Sarah guides clients in English to feel stronger, more confident and connected with their bodies after each flow.

Kera
ENKera's passion is rooted in empowering others through breath and movement. Originally from South Africa and she comes from a background in breath movement awareness from her trainings and self practice as a RYT 500 + yoga teacher. Kera provides strong and intentional classes prioritising core, compression and balance and loves curating playlists that build up to flow on beat, combining heart acceleration, sweat sensation and conscious movement.

Theresa
Everything in Theresa's family has always revolved around good food and the comfort and enjoyment it brings. She has always loved baking and cooking while constantly reinventing herself and creating new things with beautiful products. At the same time Pilates has also been an integral part of her life for several years now and that's why running the Health Bar at Bondi Studios is the perfect mix for her - a place where she can share her passion for coffee, healthy food & Pilates with everyone.

Chelsea
Coming from Melbourne, the unofficial coffee capital of Australia, Chelsea brings the welcoming Aussie spirit to our Health Bar and each coffee order you place with her.

June
Prior to joining the team, Pilates and Bondi Studio were a cherished part of Yuana’s day-to-day life, in which she was able to find balance and strength through her practice. Now she enjoys contributing to the community at the Health Bar. Combining a background in psychology and a scientifically grounded understanding of plant-based nutrition, she is excited to blend her love for cooking and baking with mental and physical well-being. She finds joy in creating warm and inviting spaces for people, to just come to a pause, recharge and nurture their bodies and minds.
Veronika
Movement has always been an integral part of Veronika’s life, but it was during her law studies that she truly fell in love with Pilates. It became the perfect balance for her mind and body, a space where she could reconnect, recharge, and grow stronger from within. For Veronika Pilates is more than just a workout, it’s a journey to a new body awareness, a way to build strength, find alignment, and feel truly present in yourself. Her goal as a trainer is to guide you on this path, to help you push past your limits, discover your inner strength, and experience the transformative power of movement. Get ready to move with control, challenge yourself, and feel muscles you never knew existed. Veronika can’t wait to support you in finding a deeper connection to your body and unlocking your full potential!
Charlotte
Charlotte is a medical student and certified Pilates instructor, and her passion for sports, dancing and movement is deeply connected to her studies. Previously a competitive alpine skier, this background has instilled discipline and endurance in her. Weaving her comprehensive medical knowledge of the body and deep understanding of anatomy together with her love for Pilates, her goal is to help others gain better body awareness and mobility. In her classes, every muscle group receives attention, as she blends precise technique with a positive and motivating atmosphere. Instructing in German, she looks forward to guide you on your very own Pilates journey.
